Don's been in training for the last few days, learning the archaic system used to make reservations for, and check people into, the campgrounds at Yellowstone. It's a modification of the system they use to do the same things for the hotels in Yellowstone. Most of the people that are taking the training expect their heads to explode soon. It's an old DOS program, written in the '90's, that uses function keys but no cursor or drop down windows. Needless to say it takes some time to get used to and is aggravating.

We took a walk earlier this week, intending to go into the town of Gardiner. As we approached the outskirts of the town we saw a herd of elk lazing in the yard of a hotel.

As we continued to walk towards town, more and more of the elk showed interest in us with some of them getting up on their feet. Finally a few of them started to move towards us, as even more got to their feet.

At that point, we decided it would be better if we were to drive into town. They probably would have left us alone, but we didn't feel the need to find out for sure.

We got some pictures of the RV park we're in and the view we have.

We found out today that some of the lady's that will be working with us are quilters. Penny's looking forward to sewing with them.

Life's good and we're having a great time.
